Be a Lifesaver. Commit to Donate Blood
The Gift of Life Starts With You!
This fall, we are exploring the opportunity to host an American Red Cross Blood Drive at The Cornwell Center in October, and we'd love to know if you would be interested in participating.
This blood drive will be held in honor of one of The Cornwell Center's beloved group exercise instructors, Luis, who is currently courageously battling acute myeloid leukemia (AML). While blood donated at the drive would not be designated specifically for him, the event would recognize his journey and raise awareness of the vital role blood donations play for patients undergoing treatment. Blood transfusions are often an essential part of care for individuals fighting leukemia and many other serious medical conditions.
Before the American Red Cross can schedule a blood drive, we must provide a list of at least 15–20 individuals who are committed to donating blood.
If you are interested in participating in an October blood drive, please email Tripp Caldwell. Once we have enough interested donors, we will provide additional details and next steps.
Your willingness to donate could make a life-saving difference for someone in need while also showing support for a valued member of our community.
Thank you for considering this meaningful opportunity to give back.
